Payroll Analyst
Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business/Admin or equivalent
• With at least 1 year of experience in payroll
• Good command in Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry is an added advantage
• Adaptable and flexible to work load
• Fast learner and good team player
• Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese
Job Description
• Monthly payroll processing, yearly Form EA/E
• Handle statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO and PCB
• Perform validations and checking on all pay elements
• Prepare all payroll related files and reports
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements
• Prepare monthly billing on recurring fees and any charge back expenses
• Handling enquiries from clients and resolving any issues arising
Software Support Executive
Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel
• Fast learner and good team player
• Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese
Job Description
• Perform product implementation and training to clients
• Respond and communicate timely and effectively with clients through live chat/phone/e-mail
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
